With your Android mobile app, you can add your company details and payment methods, as well as set up your customer and product database.
Please note, that the app language is automatically the same as your phone language. You can change the app language by changing the phone's language in your phone's settings.
Setting up your company details
Login to your app and navigate to the hamburger icon in the top-left corner. Select My account and Company details and add your company's logo, and other details.
If you have set up another trade name on the browser version of Zervant, you can view and edit this trade name also on your app. Read more about setting up trade names here.
Setting up your payment methods
Login to your app and navigate to the hamburger icon in the top-left corner. Select My account and Payment methods. You can choose from several different payment methods that can be displayed on your invoices.
Setting up your customer database
Login to your app and navigate to the hamburger icon in the top-left corner. Select Customers from the menu. You can add customers by clicking on the plus icon in the bottom-right corner or edit a customer by selecting it. You can also search for a customer via the magnifying glass in the top-right corner.
When adding a customer, you can select "Company" or "Private" customer via the choices on the top.
Note: You can only add one email address for a customer.
You can delete a customer by selecting the customer and clicking on the bin icon on the top-right. Please note that you can only delete a customer as long as they do not have paid or outstanding invoices.

Setting up your product database
Login to your app and navigate to the hamburger icon in the top-left corner. Select Products from the menu. You can add products by clicking on the plus icon in the bottom-right corner or edit a product by selecting it. You can also search for a product via the magnifying glass in the top-right corner.
