With your iOS mobile app, you can add your company details and payment methods, as well as set up your customer and product database.
Please note: You can change your app language by going to >Settings, selecting the Zervant app and changing the language from there.
Setting up your company details
Login to your app and navigate to More in the bottom-right corner. Select My account and Company details and add your company's logo, and other details.
If you have set up another trade name on the browser version of Zervant, you can view and edit this trade name also on your app. Read more about setting up trade names here.
Setting up your payment methods
Login to your app and navigate to More in the bottom-right corner. Select My account and Payment methods. You can choose from several different payment methods that can be displayed on your invoices.
Setting up your customer database
Login to your app and select Customers from the menu on the bottom. You can add and edit customers or search for the right one.
When adding a customer, you can select "Company" or "Private" customer via the toggle on the top.
Note: You can only add one email address for a customer.
You can delete a customer by selecting the customer and clicking on the bin icon on the top-right. Please note that you can only delete a customer as long as they do not have paid or outstanding invoices.

Setting up your product database
Login to your app and select Products from the menu on the bottom. You can add and edit products or search for the right one.
