Zervant got stuck and I have to re-enter my invoice data. How can I prevent this?

When creating multiple invoices in a row, we recommend refreshing the browser every time after creating an invoice, as this will stop the web app from crashing. Currently, our software does not save drafts of invoices automatically, so refreshing will help you prevent losing your data.

We also recommend refreshing the page after every recurring invoice profile created so that the software will update the invoice numbers correctly.

You can refresh your browser in multiple ways:

  • In the browser: Click the circled arrow (usually located next to the address row)
  • On PC: Press F5
  • On Mac: Press Command + R
