I cannot login to my user account. Resetting my password does not work either. What can I do?

Please check the following steps if you cannot login to your user account and/or resetting your password does not give you a 'password-reset' email. Click on the steps for more information:

1. Please make sure that you have entered your email address correctly

Please verify that you entered your correct email address without any extra signs.

2. Please check that you have used the correct login email address
It can be that you have entered another email address (for example, your company email address or your private email address) to login to your account. Please make sure that you entered the right email address when you have created your user account.

You can also check your email inbox for any "Welcome to Zervant" emails. We send the Welcome-email to the given address you have used to create your account.

Once you have successfully logged in to your user account, you can also change your login email address at any time. Check our Help Centre article here on how to do that.

3. Please check your spam folder whether you have received our "password-reset" email.
In rare cases, it could happen that your password reset email is forwarded as spam. You can also remove us from the spam list to ensure that you receive all our emails also in the future.

If those steps do not help, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support for assistance. Please forward us as much information on your user account as possible (i.e., company name, contact person, customer names), so we can verify that you are the rightful owner of your account. All information is confidential and will be used only to help you solve your issue.
